These are items you most likely have in your possession, if not then we can assist you in obtaining them. Once we receive the documents then we begin our due diligence which primarily consists of ordering a drive-by appraisal and also conducting a title search. This “Note Package” is sent to our Processors for refining the package and then submitted to Underwriting for a FAST review and decision.

We use a title company or attorney of your choice and when we are ready to fund your transaction you simply go to the title company or your attorney’s office and sign our paperwork and receive your money.
